Another stop in Tennessee today joining the National Governors Association discussing this administration’s successful “Homeland Security Task Force” model for the country - with the Governors Homeland Security Advisors Council (GHSAC), represented today by advisors from 45 states.

This @FBI has worked with state and federal partners to set up 59 HSTF’s across the country - allowing us to embed with local partners and work together at levels never seen before, crushing violent crime at the source.

Thanks to that work and President Trump’s leadership, this is the safest America in decades. Last year alone: 20% drop in the national murder rate, 6,000+ innocent children recovered, 197% increase in arrests, 290% increase in violent gang takedowns, and more.

We’re also working together on critical cyber infrastructure, World Cup security, and counter UAS programs offered by the FBI to better train local partners.
