Five Alabama defendants were sentenced to a combined nearly 120 years in prison March 19 in connection with a violent sex trafficking ring following an ICE HSI investigation with Alabama law enforcement.
Ringleader Kimani Jones got 54 years and his father Tremayne Lambert got 30 years for their roles in the extensive commercial sex operation that, for five years, forced women and girls to participate through violence and abuse.
The two were also ordered to pay $1,010,926.50 and $510,850 in restitution, respectively, to victims.
Others sentenced in the case:
—Joseph Keon Bowe: 19 ½+ years and $3,200 restitution
—Daryle Gardner: 16+ years and $5,000 restitution
—Aleecia Scott: 3 years and $1,000 restitution
