Terioisi Ludwig, a Kansas City International Airport restaurant employee, was arrested after he allegedly recorded MULTIPLE women with his phone in the airport's "all gender" bathrooms.
Ludwig would reportedly slip the phone through gaps in the stalls to capture women with their underwear down. At least 65 victims have been discovered.
