• Silverstein Partners owns nearly 16 million square feet of office, residential, and retail properties in the U.S., including 7 World Trade Center In Manhattan.

*Silverstein signed a 99 year lease on the World Trade Center towers for $3.2 billion in July 2001, seven weeks before the 9/11 attacks.

• Silverstein Properties and the Port Authority of New and New Jersey ultimately received a settlement of $4.55 Billion in insurance payouts in 2007 less than expected.

*The firm retained rights to rebuild three office towers (150, 175 and 200 Greenwich Street), while One Trade Tower Center previously referred as ( Freedom Center ) would be owned by the Port Authority as would Tower Five, which it would have the option to lease to different developer and having it redesign as a residential building.
