I think its all deliberately contrived through rigged elections....they give each other turns at congressional power through rigged votes. THIS theory may explain why thune and other RINO's refuse to pass the save act...it takes away their control of giving each party turns at control of congress and hence control of power...Its a sort of pact between the dems and the republican establishment
