ICE PROBE: OHIO CHILD SEX PREDATOR, TEACHER, GIRLS’ SOCCER COACH ENTICED CHILDREN TO SEND HIM EXPLICIT PHOTOS & SELF HARM

ICE Homeland Security Investigations discovered online communications between David Snell and a child living in CA, in which he enticed a child to make sexually explicit content and harm herself.

Special agents also discovered that Snell, a U.S. citizen who previously worked as an educator for multiple schools and as a girls’ soccer coach and director of an organization that offers childcare services to underprivileged families, discussed his horrific fantasies of raping, torturing and murdering infants, children and adults.

This child sex predator groomed children to send him explicit and sexually degrading content — including depictions of the children self-harming.

The ICE HSI Detroit investigation resulted in a 22.5 years sentence for Snell, who previously pleaded guilty to two counts of enticing a child to engage in criminal sexual conduct. HSI Detroit was assisted by other ICE field offices, including those in Burlington, Cincinnati, Monterey and New York.
