Eric Bergstrom was sentenced to 30-50 years by Judge Derek Vaughn.
Judge Rich McGowan then took over the case and sentenced co-defendant Bradley Perry to ONLY 3 YEARS for the SAME CRIME.
When Judge McGowan was questioned on his decision, he stated, "I am the law."
