He didn't hedge. He didn't qualify it. He named it for what it was — DEMonic — and he said it should not be tolerated.

Charlie also named the structural problem underneath it: an entire generation that is economically resentful, that owns nothing, isn't getting married, isn't having children, is depressed and anxious and staring at screens all day. And he warned that if the conclusion all that pain points toward is "it's the Jews' fault" — that is sloppy, shallow thinking that will destroy the person who embraces it.

He was right. And he said it twenty days before he was murdered.

𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲.

People who claim Charlie's friendship and his legacy are peddling the exact rhetoric he called DEMonic. Candace Owens — who converted to the Catholic faith Charlie was exploring — has spent months pushing anti-Israel content and conspiracy theories that would have earned his direct condemnation. Joe Kent is twisting his words on the Iran war to advance a narrative Charlie explicitly rejected. Tucker Carlson nods along with guests who echo the same blame-shifting framework Charlie spent his final weeks fighting against.

Charlie understood something these people don't — or won't — acknowledge. Blaming Jews for civilizational failure is not edgy heterodoxy. It is not brave truth-telling. It is the oldest, laziest, most d∗adly scapegoating mechanism in human history. And he said so plainly, in the language of his faith: demonic. From the pit of hell.

He also offered the alternative with the same directness. Instead of pointing at 0.02% of the world's population — the same people whose scientists cured tuberculosis, developed CPR and MRI machines, and saved 500 million lives — ask yourself what you can do in your own life. Sit up straight. Learn something. Stop being a victim. Become a victor.
