Remember the "Fat Free" CRAZE in the mid 80's?
FAT was labeled as bad and Dr's and food companies jumped on the bandwagon to ELIMINATE ALL THINGS (natural) FAT from our diet.
The missing "Fat" needed to be replaced with something...lots of SUGAR, ADDITIVES and CHEMICALS.
SEED OILS were touted as "healthy", as Butter, Bacon Grease, Lard, Tallow...things our Grandparents and Great Grandparents cooked with for YEARS not to mention our ancestors ATE for centuries!
So natural fats were OUT, seed oils were IN, SUGAR & CHEMICAL replacements were sold as "diet" food.
Eggs because of their "bad" Cholesterol (🙄) was targeted too.
Anyone old enough to remember the beef industry "Beef, it's what's for dinner." ads...or "Cheese, glorious cheese." from the American Dairy Council?
Yup, there WAS a time when HEALTHY, NATURAL food WAS promoted.
But when they weaponized natural foods eaten for THOUSANDS OF YEARS and promoted "Fat Free"?...Americans became FATTER THAN EVER!
Then, the stick thin "skinny models" were out & they began the FAT "Body Positivity" BULLSHIT where it was almost acceptable and "cool" to be HUGE!
Along with all the pounds came the Health Issues that came along with it.
Win, win for Big Pharma...because Hey, they've got a drug "for that".

Now, that everyone gorged themselves into oblivion (some through no fault of their own but an EVIL food industry who PURPOSELY adds chemicals to our foods to MAKE overeating impossible for some to avoid)...we've come full circle with Ozempic, Wegovy & such.
The American people are like lab rats to the Food Industry and Big Pharma. All we are to them are DOLLAR SIGNS!
Fatten us up give us health problems due to excess weight, THEN sell us the cure...which only in turn will create MORE health issues down the line.
