Two hot air balloon occupants left stranded after getting stuck 920 feet in the air on a cellphone tower in Longview, Texas.
Longview Fire Department was seen climbing up the tower to save the two occupants. It took them an hour to reach the balloon.
Both occupants were rescued and taken to the hospital.
