OMG. Taur Mourzagaliev, a Russian-born semi-truck driver, was arrested in NM after reportedly reckless driving near the scene of ANOTHER semi-truck crash that claimed the life of Bernalillo County Sheriff Sergeant Michael Schlattman.
Mourzagaliev resisted police during his arrest and was forced out of his vehicle.
He is charged with 9 crimes, including:
-Reckless driving
-Resisting an officer
-Failure to maintain traffic lane
-Expired license
-Improper plates
