You can come into this country, use our medical system and have your children, but if you are not a citizen of our country you pay for it yourself and go home afterwards. Birthright citizenship was for former slaves and children of those slaves to attain citizenship, not for illegal aliens looking for a foothold in this country. Since it is no longer applicable the clause to the 14th amendment should be repealed.
