COLD CASE MURDERER DEPORTED

In 2009, Kemar Hamilton, a Jamaican criminal illegal alien, murdered a 58-year-old Jamaican immigrant father of seven in Bronx, NY — the victim had been shot outside his own home during a mugging.

Hamilton fled the scene.

While Hamilton hid from justice on New York streets, immigration officials were already processing his removal orders, and an immigration judge ordered him removed in 2009.

The case went cold until 2011, when Hamilton was arrested during a NYPD traffic stop for illegally carrying a loaded handgun.

The following year, investigators determined that Hamilton was a DNA match for evidence collected at the murder scene.

His other convictions include:

— Aggravated assault

— Smuggling contraband into a prison

— Attempted assault

— Criminal weapons possession

A judge in New York sentenced Hamilton to over a decade in prison.

ICE Buffalo officers arrested him, Oct. 6, 2025, upon his release from the Wende Correctional Facility in Alden to prevent his release into the community.
