David Wilcox, the teacher who had students design charts displaying their sexual orientation, gender, politics, and other identities, was SUSPENDED without pay for ONLY two days following our report.
Rebecca Farley, Director of the Cumberland County School District, issued Wilcox a letter detailing his suspension, citing that he violated MULTIPLE school legal codes and potentially exposed children's personal info.
She also mentions that it isn't the first time Wilcox has "crossed clear legal and professional boundaries," saying that he was previously warned not to do it again. She then warned him that any future violations could result in termination.
