SEXUAL PREDATOR EXPOSED
Just after 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Coos County Sheriff's deputies patrolling the Cape Arago State Park noticed a vehicle parked in a day use-only area and saw it was occupied. Deputies spoke with a man and a 17-year-old girl. The sheriff's office said the man, identified as 28-year-old Michael Moulton, "was very sweaty; the windows on the vehicle were fogged up and there was a condom and condom wrapper on the ground outside the vehicle."
Upon determining the age of the female and evidence of sexual activity, deputies questioned Moulton about the night’s events, the report said.
Mouton said he was unsure of the female’s age, but thought she was at least 18, the report said.
He admitted he and the girl were engaging in sexual activity that night and previously had sexual intercourse a few days prior, police said.
Deputies spoke with the girl, who admitted to the same sexual activity described by Moulton.
Moulton was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree sex abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. He was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked and lodged on $30,000 bail.

it for what it is, pedophilic child grooming material and let them know, they will be held accountable if it is not removed. If it's too offensive to be shown before the school board, then why the fuck is it in our children's libraries.
