RT: When I was a teenager we lived there for 18 months back in the early 80's, Portland was and is filthy. You're correct about getting away from the cities, it's gorgeous. My husband used to deliver loads to Oregon from 2022-march 2025 and he said they have fences up around businesses, broke down cars on the side of the roads with people living in them. He hated delivering to Oregon.
