This actually makes a case of striking down unconstitutional gun control laws. Criminals do not abide by the laws, willfully acquiring guns through the black market and do not register them or go through background checks while judges affirm their right to carry. This shows gun control only hampers law abiding citizens and their right to the 2nd amendment leaving them vulnerable to criminal who violate those laws.
