The overlords plan with covid & its vaccine was to DECIMATE the human population. Operation Warp Speed was a race against time to take the poison vials out of circulation and replace them with harmless placebos. While some people did get the poison shots, MANY LIVES WERE SAVED because many people got the placebo vials. It was a mad dash to create/produce the harmless ones & get the poison ones out of circulation BEFORE they were all dispensed to an unsuspecting public
