Oregon uses a scam where when you no longer live in the state you are classified as inactive on their computerized voter rolls, not removed. The person who deactivated me could again activate me at the time they mail out ballots for use in voter fraud and then return my status to inactive. Oregon is a mail in ballot only state and was formerly red before switching to mail in ballots.
