How about maintaining and sustaining which requires fighting daily for the same ideologies.

The United States of America has gone through a fundamental reset as prescribed in the Declaration of Independence.

The swamp has been drained. Where’s Bush? Where’s Obama? Where’s Hillary? Where’s Jeb? Where’s Romney? Where’s Paul Ryan? Where’s Kaine? Where’s Kerry? Where’s Christie?

The list goes on and on and on and on.

A Military Operation using Laws and Orders to drain the swamp, destroy their dirty money and how they make it (trafficking, inside trade and stock, taxes), implement new systems (cyber, technology, coding, etc.), find qualified people to step into those roles, and maintain and sustain into the future with a new system?
