Hate to disappoint Jessica but kotak is following in newsom's foot steps. They are not getting the homeless off the street they're putting them in camps and handing out needles from some non-profit organization.

They have a crew of people that go out and clean up the needles n garbage once a week.

Supposedly they were supposed to make drugs illegal and were going to get them help. I know the mental hospitals are overwhelmed.

I have a cousin who's mentally challenged. he was taken to a mental hospital for evaluation. They requested some kind of shelter to get him off the street. They offered him a tent.

So that he could set up his tent amongst the druggies who have been abusing him and taking advantage of him.
