A false flag does not mean it did not happen or no one died, it means it was a preplanned staged event. It's no coincidence that the shooter just happened to be there when the fire started by Coeur d'Alene, ID to snipe at first responders. It was planned before hand, premeditated. And even if there was one shooter there is a very strong chance there were others possibly starting the fire and likely manipulating and or planning the event.
