Going back to same day voting at polling places with paper ballots and verified voters. No not every vote counts, only those that are verified citizens (those born here, or legally immigrated) over the age of 18 and registered to vote. With same day voting and paper ballots with ID's verifying they are citizens and registered voters can we even consider having an honest election.
