More often then not these high prices drugs taxpayer/health care covered drugs are sold on the street at high prices so the addicts can purchase cheaper drugs of there choice on the street. And I highly doubt any of this money will go to the actual people harmed by this practice other than to keep them dependent on big government and big pharma of which this payout will benefit many times over. I've said it before and I'll say it again either way these pharmacological alternatives are just addictive and destructive as the illicit product on the street (blackmarket), only difference is it's government sanctioned.
