Same answer from me,it's a bad idea. Half of all children sent out of state last time this was allowed, the records were lost. No check ups, just lost, we don't know what happened to the children so we'll just sweep it under the rug and act like it never happened. It won't be any different this time around. It'll only benefit those trafficking children. I still think Oregon DHS is complicit in child trafficking and the children most vulnerable are the ones that have been abused, those this bill proposes to help.
Those who care for there children would not stand for it and those who neglect or abuse there children would act like nothing happened providing cover for the trafficking.
