Whyconfiscate guns when he did not have access? Why arrest the kid for words alone? It all seems part of an agenda. Why not talk to the parents and thank the for keeping the guns secured and away from him without parental supervision. Why not get the kid to a counselor and figure out what's going on in his head. Could what ever meds he may be taking have an effect. Could there be any outside influences? Arresting and convicting could set him on a destructive path because he'd be labeled as a criminal, for what words alone? I do not agree with threats, but in itself it is not a arrestable offense. Seems to be an agenda against free speech and the right to bare arms. Why else confiscate the parent gun even though they were properly secured.
