Oregon legislature passed this in 2019 after failing to pass it on the ballot just like the green new deal/electric transport bill. I wonder why it hasn't taken effect yet? it would be a great laugh if they had to give the electorate vote to Trump. I thought it was going to go into effect 2020. Lol
